The Challenge

Management consulting often comes with a corporate image—rigid, intimidating, and disconnected from the people behind the business. Seventh Lane wanted to break that perception.

The challenge was to build a brand that communicated expertise and trust while feeling modern, approachable, and genuinely human. It needed to resonate with founder-led businesses looking for a true operational partner, not another consultant handing over a playbook. The identity had to reflect Seventh Lane's collaborative agency model, where strategy, systems, and people work together to help businesses grow sustainably without sacrificing the team or the founder.

The solution

We created a visual identity that balances professionalism with personality. Rather than relying on predictable corporate visuals, we incorporated cutouts of real-world objects and moments associated with work and management, giving the brand a more human, relatable feel while reinforcing its hands-on approach.

A restrained neutral palette establishes trust and sophistication, while a carefully chosen neon green accent injects energy, optimism, and momentum without overwhelming the design. Clean typography and generous spacing keep the brand feeling premium, modern, and easy to navigate across every touchpoint.

The result is a brand that feels confident without being intimidating, polished without being corporate, and strategic without losing its humanity—reflecting Seventh Lane's belief that the best businesses are built not just for people, but with people.

“Thank you so much for making this so special for me.”

Trusting your dream and vision to someone else is probably the scariest step to take. Grateful God introduced me to Kara and her team. The branding is everything I wanted and more. Thank you so much for making this so special for me.
